By this letter we hereby confirm that in accordance with your nomination as Chief Executive Officer of DRAXIS Health Inc. MANUFACTURING AND SUPPLY MASTER AGREEMENT dated as of January 1, 2005 (“Effective Date”), by PFIZER CANADA INC., a Canadian corporation having its principal office located at 17,300 Trans Canada Highway, Kirkland, Quebec, H9J 2M5 (hereinafter “PFIZER”) and DRAXIS PHARMA, a division of DRAXIS Specialty Pharmaceuticals Inc.
