THIS AGREEMENT is entered into as of December 9, 2004, by and between William B. Hewitt (“Consultant”) and Polymer Group, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”). The Company and Consultant are sometimes collectively referred to herein as the “Parties” and individually as a “Party”.
