FOR THE QUARTER, net income was $831,000, or $0.56 per share (assuming dilution), compared to net income of $3.4 million, or $2.46 per share, in 2002. The 2003 quarter included $3.6 million of litigation expense related to its real estate segment. The 2002 quarter included $2.3 million of income from its discontinued hotel operations. Income from continuing operations was $831,000, or $0.56 per share, compared to income of $1.1 million, or $0.80 per share, in 2002, on revenue of $25.8 million and $25.9 million, respectively. FOR THE SIX MONTHS, net income was $2.2 million, or $1.56 per share, compared to $6.8 million, or $4.58 per share, in
