THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into on this 30 day of October, 2011, by and between CollPlant Ltd., a company organized under the laws of the State of Israel (the “Company”) and Eran Rotem, Israel I.D No. XXXXXXX, residing at Derech HaBe’erot, P.O.B 144, Moshav Mishmeret, 40695, Israel (the “Employee”).
