This EXECUTIVE EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made effective as of April , 2011 (“Effective Date”), by and among STAG INDUSTRIAL, INC., a Maryland corporation (“Company”), STAG INDUSTRIAL OPERATING PARTNERSHIP, L.P.
