Premises: Approximately 27,894 rentable square feet (the "Premises Rentable Area") on the sixth (6th) floor of the building currently known as Section A of Building 114 (the "BUILDING"), and whose street address is 27 Drydock Avenue, Boston, Massachusetts. The Premises are outlined on the plan attached to the Lease as EXHIBIT A. The land on which the Building is located (the "LAND") is described on EXHIBIT B. The term "Building" includes the Land and the driveways, parking facilities, and similar improvements on the Land. Landlord and Tenant stipulate that the number of rentable square feet in the Premises set forth above shall be binding upon them. Tenant also has a right to thirteen (13) parking places on or adjacent to the Building grounds.
