THIS LEASE AGREEMENT (the “Lease”), made as of the 25th day of August, 2006, by and between RE HILL PROPERTIES – LOUISVILLE, LLC, a Colorado limited liability company and QUARTZ MOUNTAIN PROPERTIES, LLC, a Colorado limited liability company (herein jointly called “Landlord”), and SPACEDEV, INC., a Colorado corporation, (herein called “Tenant”).
