THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into this 8th day of April, 2010, effective as of April 10, 2010 (the “Effective Date”), between American Oriental Bioengineering, Inc., a Nevada corporation with its principal place of business located at 1 Liangshuihe First Ave, Beijing E-Town Economic and Technology Development Area, E-Town, Beijing, 100176, People’s Republic of China (the “Company”), and Tony Liu, residing at Nangang District, Harbin, China (the “Executive”).
