(BioSolar), and having its principal place of business at 27936 Lost Canyon Road, Suite 202, Santa Clarita, CA 91387 and JPS Elastomerics Corp. dba Stevens Urethane (Stevens), and having its principal place of business at 412 Main Street, Easthampton, MA 01027 BioSolar and Stevens may be referred to individually as a "party" and collectively as the "parties."
