Box 20683, Phoenix, Arizona 85036 ("Landlord"), and CENTRAL FREIGHT LINES, INC., a Texas corporation, whose executive office is 15333 N. Pima Rd., Suite 230, Scottsdale, AZ 85260 ("Tenant").
