THIS SECURITIES PURCHASE AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made and entered into effective the 4th day of July 2015 (the “Effective Date”) by and between Chan Hon Ming (the “Seller”) and So Chun Bong Andrew with Hong Kong Identification Card number Z710223(3) (the “Purchaser”).
