THIS AMENDED AND RESTATED EXECUTIVE EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT (the “Amended Agreement”), made and entered into as of the 17th day of August, 2007, amends and restates the Executive Employment Contract dated as of December 1, 2005 (the “Original Agreement”), by and between Sensient Technologies Corporation, a Wisconsin corporation (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”), and Kenneth P. Manning (hereinafter referred to as “Executive”);
