THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into as of the 1st day of March 2007 (the “Effective Date”) by and between G&K SERVICES, INC., a Minnesota corporation with its principal business office in the State of Minnesota (“Employer”, as further defined in Section 1.10 below); and Robert G. Wood, a resident of Canada reporting to Employer’s Corporate Office located in the State of Minnesota, U.S.A. (“Executive”).
