THIS PURCHASED SERVICES AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made and entered into on March 5, 2008, by and between GK FINANCING, LLC, a California limited liability company (“GKF”), or its wholly owned subsidiary whose obligation under this agreement shall be guaranteed by GKF, and USC UNIVERSITY HOSPITAL, Inc.
