EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT (“Contract”), between Asia Payment Systems Inc., a Nevada corporation with its common stock currently quoted on the NASD’s Over-the-counter Bulletin Board and business office at 39th Floor, One Exchange Square, 8 Connaught Place, Central, Hong Kong (hereinafter called “ASIA PAYMENTS”), and Bernard Kwong-Chung Chan of 10th Floor, New York House, 60 Connaught Road, Central, Hong Kong (hereinafter called “Chan”).
