THIS FOURTH MODIFICATION AGREEMENT — LEASEHOLD DEED OF TRUST AND SECURITY AGREEMENT (this “Amendment”) is made as of the 1st day of October, 2001 by and among BIORELIANCE CORPORATION, a corporation organized and in good standing under the laws of State of Delaware, successor in interest to and formerly known of record as MICROBIOLOGICAL ASSOCIATES, INC., (the “Grantor”), ELIZABETH F.
