In accordance with the relevant laws, regulations and policies of the People’s Republic of China currently in force, Party A agrees to lease out an arable land and ancillary facilities to Party B for its operation. Party B undertakes that it agrees to lease the land mentioned above from Party A and guarantees its lawful operation.
