This Executive Employment Agreement (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of the 1st day of May, 2010 (the “Effective Date”), by and between SAMUEL M. INMAN, III (“Executive”) and COMARCO, INC., a publicly held California corporation headquartered in Lake Forest, California (“Company”).
