(Broadpoint Gleacher Securities Group, Inc. or an assignee described in an assignment pursuant to Section 10.8 of the Lease, “Assignor” and “Tenant”) and ONE PENN PLAZA LLC (“Landlord”) and HW1290 III LLC, HWA 1290 IV LLC, AND HWA 1290 V LLC (collectively, “Assignee”).
