Kansas City Life Insurance Company ("Insurance Company"), for itself and on behalf of one or more separate accounts of the Insurance Company ("Separate Accounts"), American Funds Distributors, Inc. This Agreement is entered into as of the 13th day of April, 2016 (the "Effective Date") by and among Kansas City Life Insurance Company ("Insurance Company"), a life insurance company organized under the laws of the State of Missouri (on behalf of itself and certain of its separate accounts); Sunset Financial Services, Inc. (the "Distributor"), a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Missouri; American Funds Distributors, Inc.
