This Separation Agreement and General Release (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between RIVERVIEW BANCORP, INC. (“Bancorp”), and RIVERVIEW COMMUNITY BANK (the “Bank”) (Bancorp and the Bank are collectively referred to as the “Company”), and KIM CAPELOTO (“Executive”). The Company and Executive are referred to herein individually as a “Party” and, collectively, as the “Parties.”
