FOR VALUE RECEIVED, the undersigned, JONES MEDIA NETWORKS, LTD., a Colorado corporation ("Borrower"), hereby promises to pay to the order of JONES INTERNATIONAL, LTD., a Colorado corporation ("Lender"), at 9697 E. Mineral Avenue, Englewood, Colorado 80112, or at such other address as the Lender shall designate in writing, the principal amount of Two Million Three Hundred Sixty Five Thousand Dollars ($2,365,000.00).
