This Consulting Agreement (the “Agreement”) is effective July 27 , 2005, between FUND COMPLIANCE SERVICES, LLC, a Nebraska limited liability company located at 150 Motor Parkway, Suite 205, Hauppauge, NY 11788 (“FCS”), and EQUIPOINTE FUNDS, a registered investment company organized as a Delaware statutory trust, located at 8700 E. Northsight Boulevard, Suite 150, Scottsdale, AZ 85260 (the "Trust"), on behalf of each portfolio series listed on the attached Appendix A (each a “Fund” and collectively “Funds”).
