AMENDED AND RESTATED CREDIT AGREEMENT, dated as of September 30, 2019, by and among NEUBERGER BERMAN REAL ESTATE SECURITIES INCOME FUND INC., a Maryland corporation and a closed-end management investment company (the “Borrower”), the Banks (as hereinafter defined) party hereto from time to time and STATE STREET BANK AND TRUST COMPANY as agent for the Banks (in such capacity, the “Agent”).

AMENDMENT NO. 1 (this “Amendment”), dated as of November 19, 2021 to the Amended and Restated Credit Agreement, dated as of September 30, 2019, among NEUBERGER BERMAN REAL ESTATE SECURITIES INCOME FUND INC., a Maryland corporation, the Banks party thereto from time to time and STATE STREET BANK AND TRUST COMPANY, as agent for the Banks, as amended or otherwise modified by Consent No. 1, dated as of March 24, 2020, (as the same has been or may be further amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time, the “Credit Agreement”).
