THIS AMENDED AND RESTATED EXECUTIVE EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”), effective as of May 5, 2021 (the “Effective Date”), is made and entered into by and between VAALCO Energy, Inc., a Delaware corporation (hereafter “Company”) and Michael Silver (hereafter “Executive”). The Company and Executive may sometimes hereafter be referred to singularly as a “Party” or collectively as the “Parties.”
