THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into as of this 19th day of October, 2006 by and between Security Benefit Life Insurance Company (hereinafter, the "Company"), a Kansas insurance company, on its own behalf and on behalf of each segregated asset account of the Company that becomes subject to this Agreement pursuant to the terms hereof (each account hereinafter referred to as the "Account"), and T. Rowe Price Investment Services, Inc. (hereinafter the “Underwriter”), a Maryland corporation.
