This document defines the business relationship and conditions between Bell & Howell and Photomatrix whereby Bell & Howell will become the exclusive agent, excluding those listed below as exceptions, to sell Photomatrix peripheral scanners to Distributors and Valued Added Resellers in the defined territory.
