THIS EXECUTIVE EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made, as of September 21, 2020, (“Effective Date”) by and between VSE Corporation, a Delaware corporation (“VSE” or “Company”), and Benjamin (“Ben”) Thomas (“Executive”).
