As principal underwriter and distributor, we invite you to join a Selling Group for the distribution of Shares (as defined below) of the DWS Funds (“Funds”), subject to the terms of this Selling Group Agreement (“Agreement”). For purposes of this Agreement, the Funds shall include Class A, Class B, Class C, Class R, Class S, Institutional Class, Premier Class and Investment Class shares of the Funds and such additional classes as we may from time to time specify by supplement hereto (the “Shares”).
