THIS AMENDED AND RESTATED investment advisory and service AGREEMENT, dated and effective as of the 16th day of September, 2022, is made and entered into by and between Capital Group fixed Income ETF trust, a Delaware statutory trust (the “Trust”), on behalf of the funds listed on Exhibit A hereto (each a “Fund” and collectively the “Funds”) and CAPITAL RESEARCH AND MANAGEMENT COMPANY, a Delaware corporation (the “Investment Adviser”).

THIS AMENDED AND RESTATED PRINCIPAL UNDERWRITING AGREEMENT is between Capital Group FIXED Income ETF TRUST, a Delaware statutory trust (the “Trust”), and AMERICAN FUNDS DISTRIBUTORS, INC., a California corporation (the “Distributor”).

This Amendment, dated as of August 19, 2022, amends the Global Custody Agreement, dated as of December 14, 2006 as amended to date (the “Custodian Agreement”), by and between State Street Bank and Trust Company (the “Bank”) and each of the investment companies and other pooled investment vehicles (which may be organized as corporations, business or other trusts, limited liability companies, partnerships or other entities) managed by Capital Research and Management Company and listed on Appendix A thereto, as amended from time to time (each, a “Customer”).
