THIS MORTGAGE AND SECURITY AGREEMENT ("Mortgage") is made and executed as of December 15, 2006, by Blue Ridge Real Estate Company, a Pennsylvania corporation, whose mailing address is Rt. 940 & Moseywood Road, P.O. Box 707, Blakeslee, PA 18610-0707 ("Mortgagor") to, in favor of and for the benefit of STATE FARM BANK, F.S.B., a Federal Savings Bank, whose mailing address is One State Farm Plaza, Bloomington, Illinois 61710 ("State Farm"), and pertains to the real estate ("Real Estate") described on Exhibit A attached hereto and made a part hereof.
