This REINSURANCE AGREEMENT, (this “Agreement”), dated as of December 17, 2020 (the “Closing Date”), is entered into by and between Provident Life and Accident Insurance Company, a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Tennessee (the “Ceding Company”) and Commonwealth Annuity and Life Insurance Company, a corporation organized under the laws of Massachusetts (the “Reinsurer”).
