This INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is between MULTNOMAH COUNTY, a political subdivision of the state of Oregon, acting through its Department of County Assets (collectively, “Lead Agency”), and the CITY OF WOOD VILLAGE a political subdivision of the state of Oregon (“Member Agency”). The effective date of the Agreement will be the date on which the second party signed the Agreement (“Effective Date”).
