RRSP election form in the event they wish to have the Lump-Sum Payment deposited directly to their RRSP. Any Drive-Away Employee who does not complete an election will receive the lump-sum payment on or before February 15, 2019, subject to applicable deductions and withholdings. The lump-sum payment will be prorated for new hires based on their service in the past 12 months.
