THIS AGREEMENT executed this day of 2009, by and between the BOROUGH OF RIDGEFIELD (hereinafter called the "BOROUGH"), by and through its Mayor and Council, and the Employees of the DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS of the Borough of Ridgefield (hereinafter called the "DEPARTMENT").
