THIS AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is entered into this day of August, 2021 between North Hurlburt Wind, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“NHW”), South Hurlburt Wind, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“SHW”) and Horseshoe Bend Wind, LLC (“HBW”, together with NHW and SHW, collectively, the “Wind Operators”) and Gilliam County (hereinafter “County”) (referred to jointly as “Parties” and individually as “Party”).
