This FLEET ELECTRIFICATION MAKE-READY PILOT PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT (“Agreement”), is made and entered into on _________________________ (“Effective Date”) by and between ___________________________ (“Participant”) and Portland General Electric Company (“PGE”) pursuant to PGE’s Electric Retail Tariff Schedule 56 – Fleet Electrification Make-Ready Pilot (the “Tariff”).
