This Agreement ("Agreement") is dated effective this day of _, 2009. This Agreement is by and between the City of Mountlake Terrace, a Washington municipal corporation ("City"), and The Mountlake Terrace Dog Off-leash Group (a.k.a. MLT D.O.G.) a charitable organization registered (UBI # 602-795-252) with the State of Washington (Organization), collectively known as the parties (“Parties”). This agreement shall remain in effect for a period of one year from the date of the agreement and may be extended annually thereafter upon written consent of the Parties.
