THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this 1st day of April, 2017 by and between UA Local 290 and UA Local 290 Training Center hereinafter designated as the Employer and Service Employees International Union, Local 49, of Portland, Oregon, hereinafter designated as the Union, for the purpose of governing their mutual business relationship at the UA Local 290 Training Center and UA Local 290 Business Office in Tualatin, Oregon by fixing the following schedule of hours and regulations affecting the members of the organization of the Union.
