COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AGREEMENT BETWEEN THECollective Bargaining Agreement • July 16th, 2023
(hereinafter, “the Union” or “the Association”) as the sole and exclusive bargaining agent for the purposes of establishing salaries, wages, hours and other conditions of employment for all full- time and regular part-time clerical employees employed by the Town of Milton, including senior administrative clerks, principal clerks, administrative assistants, bookkeepers, payroll clerks, assistant town accountant, assistant town treasurer, deputy collector, and assistant town clerk, excluding the administrative assistant to the police chief, the executive secretary to the Board of Selectmen, seasonal employees, managerial and confidential employees, and all other Town employees.
