This Process Support Agreement (together with the exhibits attached hereto, which includes, without limitation the Term Sheet (as defined herein) attached hereto as Exhibit B1, and the Mansfield Issues Protocol attached hereto as Exhibit C, as each may be amended, restated, supplemented, or otherwise modified from time to time in accordance with the terms here, (the “Agreement” or “PSA”) dated as of March 30, 2018 is entered into by and among: (i) FirstEnergy Solutions Corp.
