Subject to final approval by the Court, this Settlement Agreement is between Plaintiffs ROBERT DE LA HOYA, JR. and MARISAL DOBBINS (“Plaintiffs”), and Defendant SIERRA WEST FINISH, INC. (“Defendant”). Plaintiffs and Defendant collectively are referred to in this Agreement as the “Parties.”
