For Landlord's title, see the deed recorded with the Middlesex County Registry of Deedsin Book , Page . Tenant desires to use a portion of the Property for housing and operating certain communications equipment (described below) in connection with its federally licensed wireless communications business. The Property is more specifically described and/or depicted in Schedule "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein.
