This intergovernmental grant Agreement (this “Agreement”) is between the State of Oregon acting by and through its Oregon Housing and Community Services Department (“OHCS”), together with its successors and assigns (“Agency”) and Housing Authority of Washington County an Oregon public corporation created under ORS 456.055 to 456.235 (“Housing Authority”), each a “Party” and, together, the “Parties”.
