This Agreement entered into this 17th day of March, 2022 by and between the TOWN OF BROOKLINE, hereinafter referred to as the "Employer" and LOCAL 1358, AMERICAN FEDERATION OF STATE, COUNTY AND MUNICIPAL EMPLOYEES, AFL-CIO, hereinafter referred to as the "Union" or “AFSCME”, has as its purpose the promotion of harmonious relations between the Employer and the Union, the establishment of an equitable and peaceful procedure for the resolution of differences, and the establishment of rates of pay, hours of work, and other conditions of employment.
