THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into this day of , 2020, by and between the City of Pueblo, in the State of Colorado, referred to as the ("City"); and the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, acting by and through the Secretary of the Air Force the authority granted to her by 10 U.S.C. § 2661 herein after referred to as "Government or Air Force". The City and the Government may sometimes be referred to as the “Parties” or each separately may be referred to as a “Party”.
