Purchases of Subscriptions and Services (as defined below) under a Purchase Document with BravoSolution UK Ltd., a JAGGAER company, with a registered address at 103 St. John St., Farringdon London, ECIM 4AS, UK ("JAGGAER") and the party named in such Purchase Document ("Client") shall be subject to the following, additional Terms and Conditions as of the dates specified in the Purchase Document (the "Effective Date"). By executing an initial Purchase Document, Client agrees to be bound by the following additional Terms and Conditions.
