This Agreement is entered into between the City of Springfield , Office of Public Utilities ( hereinafter referred to as the "Employer" ) , and General Teamsters Professional Technical Employees Local Union No. 91 6, affiliated with the International Brotherhood of Teamsters , Chauffeurs , Warehousemen & Helpers of America ( hereinafter referred to as the "Union" ) pursuant to an election conducted by the State Board of Labor on June 26, 1985 in which employees chose representation by the Union .
