This Investment Agreement relates to the Par EIS Fund (“Fund”) and contains the terms and conditions of the binding contract the Investor is making by signing the Fund’s Application Form. The acceptance of an Application by the Manager will constitute a binding contract between the Investor, the Fund and the Fund Providers.
