THIS AGREEMENT, dated this 23rd of August 2017 by and between Alpha-Omega Change Engineering, Inc. (hereinafter called the “Company”), and the International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers, AFL/CIO, and it’s Local Lodge No. 794 (hereinafter called the “Union”), for the purpose of establishing harmonious relations and facilitating peaceful adjustment of wage schedules and working conditions
